Support
Something broken or missing?
The fastest report is the one the product writes with you. In PriestAI, open News and press Report a problem — it composes the whole report on your screen: version, system, whether Ollama answers, which model is seated, and two blanks for your own words. Nothing is sent until you send it.
Reports go to support@priest.locker — an ordinary email with the composed block pasted in. No forms, no accounts, no tracker.
What a good report carries
The composed block from the product, plus what you were doing and what happened instead — in your words, however short. A screenshot helps when the problem is on screen.
What it never carries
No file paths, no usernames, no logs, no conversation content. Read the block before sending — that is the point of composing it in front of you.
Before you write
Two commands answer most of what gets asked here. In the install folder:
D:\PriestAI> python run-tests.py # the same checks this release shipped against
The first wrong line is usually the whole answer. Include it in your report either way.
Reports feed the fix queue directly: what arrives here becomes the next release's patch notes on your News panel.
